Cancellation Policy – Nos Isla Private Tours

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
•Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund without penalty.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

In the rare event that Nos Isla Private Tours needs to cancel the booking, a full refund will be provided.

Please note that we do not cancel tours due to rain. In Aruba, occasional rain showers are common and usually brief. However, in the case of a storm or severe weather conditions where boats are unable to operate, we will first offer to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule or sort out the details based on our policies. Cancellation 24 hours before booking date/time are not refundable 

Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are fully-refundable. Cancellations 24 hours in advance will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
